The technician that was here was very informed and very communicative. He explained what he was doing, and we discussed other options for my property. I appreciate it, and his pleasant demeanor and professionalism. I would prefer to have him be the technician at my home heretofore. I apologize for not having the name Because he gave me his name. I’ve had a stroke and brain surgery and my memory is not great. He represented your company in an exceptional manner. I hope you appreciate his value to the company.

Recently, I noticed mice dropping in my kitchen closet so, I contacted my apartments to have pest control check it out. Darren came out and he was very professional, he told me just what it was and explained where the mice could be coming from. He reported it to the apartments so that they could come out and patch the holes. I really appreciate his knowledge, advice, and help.
