Please note that the frequency of our service may vary depending on your location. PestFree365+ does not cover the following pests: honeybees, flies, lice, dust mites, mosquitoes, exterior ticks, ornamental/turf pests, slugs, snails, termites, wildlife, birds, and brown recluse spiders.
Voles and fire ants are only covered if they are present inside of your home; we do not provide treatment for the lawn as a part of the service. Additionally, your space must be free of bed bugs to qualify for bed bug coverage under the PestFree365+ plan.
Automatic Payment is required for PestFree365+, and your account must be in good standing to qualify. This plan also only applies to single-family, free-standing, owner-occupied homes. Other restrictions may apply.

The Initial Service
Our PestFree365+ program is completely personalized to your needs, which is why we always start with a thorough inspection of your property. We’ll take a look at both the interior and the exterior to locate any vulnerabilities that could lead to an infestation. Then, we’ll implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques that resolve your pest problems and prevent them from coming back.
Seasonal Visits
To ensure your property is pest-free all year long, our dedicated pest control specialist will perform three thorough inspections each year. We will screen for signs of the most common pests in Memphis TN Metro Area and update your custom program to address any problems we may uncover. You can also schedule additional appointments in between each visit should you need more service.

Need a Pest Control Estimate?
PestFree365+ includes regularly scheduled preventative services and inspections three times per year. This is to protect your home against the upcoming season’s pests.
- Interior inspections occur during the winter because pests move inside as temperatures drop.
- Exterior inspections happen during warm weather to prevent pests from coming inside.
- If an issue occurs between your visits, schedule an additional visit free of charge.
- Interior inspection and treatment for crawling insects.
- Treatment targeted at key interior pest harborage sites.
- Spider webs are removed around the basement perimeter as needed.
- All rodent protection equipment is inspected and serviced, and rodent entry points are filled (if applicable).
- Special exterior treatment used to minimize nesting sights for stinging insects.
- Targeted treatments prevent crawling insect entry, minimizing the need for future interior treatment.
- An inspection is performed to identify potential pest-conducive conditions, including potential entry points.
- Outdoor rodent bait stations are checked (if applicable).
Q. How is billing managed?
A. A monthly payment is automatically charged, so your upcoming service is prepaid. There is no additional charge if treatment is necessary between your services. Invoicing options are also available.
